Refund & Return Policy

We have a 14-day return policy, which means you have 14 days after receiving your item to request a return.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unused, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need your receipt or proof of purchase from showcasedcards.com.

If your return is accepted, we’ll provide detailed instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs will be deducted from your final refund amount.
If shipping was initially paid on your order, it is not eligible for refund. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Limited Warranty: Damages and Issues

Please inspect your order upon delivery and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or you received the wrong item. We’ll review the issue and make it right.

There is a 14-day limited warranty on all Showcased Cards brand products against manufacturer defects or breakage/product failure due to a manufacturing defect during proper use. Cases must be installed per our instructions and fitted on an appropriate phone model for warranty coverage. Manufacturing issues can include but are not limited to loose phone cases as well as stiff buttons.

Showcased Cards is not responsible for damage resulting from improper use, installation, or third-party accessories. Damage to packaging does not qualify under the warranty.


Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items

We cannot accept returns on:

  • Sale items

  • Trading Card Lots / Pokemon card add-ons

  • Booster Packs

Exchanges

If you’d like to exchange your item, the fastest way is to return the original item and place a new order for the one you want once your return is accepted.


Refunds

Once we’ve received and inspected your return, we’ll notify you if your refund is approved. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund.

If more than 15 business days have passed since your refund was approved, please contact us.


Refused Delivery: International Orders

If an international order is refused at delivery, the package is typically sent to a facility for disposal and not returned to Showcased Cards.


No refunds will be issued for refused deliveries or for customers who refuse to pay import duties, taxes, or fees required to receive the order.


Returned to Sender: Domestic Orders

If your order is returned to us without prior notice due to an issue with the shipping address or delivery attempt, you will be refunded your order amount minus any shipping fees paid. These orders are not subject to reshipping.
