We are working through some shipment and customs delay with importing the below shipments. The expected dates are updated below. If you would like to switch to a different Color (Gen 1 or Gen 2) that is in stock so that we can ship your order immediately, please email us help@showcasedcards.com.

For example, 15 Pro and 15 Pro Max Gen 2 are available in Black, Pacific Blue, and Forest Green if you prefer not to wait for the Frost Clear preorder model that is delayed and expected to ship in October 2025.

We recommend waiting for these Gen 2 models - it will be worth it! We will also include an extra bonus item in each order to make up for the delays on our side. Thank you so much and happy showcasing! <3

Are preorders limited?

We are doing our best to produce quantities that meet demand, however some colors/models may sell out. We recommend purchasing a preorder if you want to secure a case in a specific color/model.

Will I receive a free Pokemon card with my order?

Yes, always! Each order is always packed with <3 and included a bonus trading card.

How long will it take for my preorder to arrive?

What design improvements did you make with your learnings from the first release?

We listened to you! We are constantly iterating and improving our designs based on customer feedback. This next release will feature improvements such as a more accessible mute switch and buttons, more compatibility with screen protectors, and a more scratch and scuff resistant clear card holder area (acrylic) where the trading card showcases (no logo!).

Why did it take so long to release these models? Why haven't you released [[insert your device name here]] yet?

We are trying to expand and grow into new devices as fast as we can, but we are a very small company with limited resources, so we have to grow at a pace that is sustainable for us and does not come at the expense of product quality. We will not cut corners on our product development and design process in order to bring new products to market faster. With that said, we are encouraged by all the support, excitement, and growth so far and we are hopeful to continue expanding into new models. We truly appreciate the excitement from each and every one of you. Our goal is to allow any collector to bring their collection to life regardless of their device type. Please continue to use the Device Form to inform our growth into new products!

Can I cancel my preorder for a refund?

Absolutely! We offer risk free purchasing at all times. You can simply email help@showcasedcards.com if you want to cancel and refund your preorder at any time. Additionally, you may return your item for a refund after 14 days when the item has been received.
