Order Processing

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) but may take up to 5 business days when there is a surge in orders for us to fulfill (we are only a business of 2 people!)

During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.
Domestic Shipping (United States)

Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. We use USPS Ground Advantage.

Once processed and shipped after the 1-3 processing period, delivery timelines are estimates provided by the carrier and are not guaranteed. On average, deliveries will happen within 5 business days after packages receive the initial pick up scans.

International Shipping

We ship worldwide
- Shipments from the US to Canada typically take 1-2 weeks.

All other International orders (outside of Canada) typically take 2–5 weeks for delivery, depending on destination and local carrier processing. Customs processing and importing to the respective country can vary and is the reason why we have a wide window for estimated international deliveries.
- International shipments travel within the US (typically NY and FL) where they undergo customs processing and additional paperwork before being exported. You may experience a few days wait time while our shipping partner (Asendia) prepares your package for export from one of these USA states to your country. Please be patient and rest assured they are getting your package ready to travel abroad.

Import Duties, VAT, and Customs Fees

Import duties, VAT, tariffs, and customs fees are the responsibility of the buyer.

These fees are determined by the destination country tax authorities and are outside of our control.

If applicable, your local carrier or customs authority will contact you directly to collect these fees.

These charges are not shipping fees and are not collected by or paid to Showcased Cards, therefore they are also not refundable by us.
Free Shipping

Any free or flat-rate shipping promotions apply only to the cost of shipping the package from Showcased Cards.

Free shipping does not include import duties, VAT, or customs fees assessed by the destination country.
Refused or Undeliverable International Shipments

If an international order is refused at delivery due to unpaid import fees, the package may be returned to the carrier’s facility for disposal and may not be returned to Showcased Cards.

Refunds cannot be issued for refused international deliveries or for orders where import fees are not paid.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the carrier.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first with your tracking number also wait up to 5 business days before escalating, as oftentimes the carrier prematurely marks the package as delivered before it ultimately shows up a few days later. Please also check building common areas and with your neighbors.

If you have multiple items in your order and at least one of them is on backorder/preorder, then your order will ship once all items are in stock. We are happy to split the shipping for a fee ($10 to $20USD depending on shipping destination/country); please contact us if you would like to proceed with this option.
