- In stock items typically will ship same day when ordered by 1:30pm central time (US) M-F
- During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

Free Shipping

We offer free shipping over various thresholds. To see the threshold for your country, please see the top banner on the website.
Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the carrier.

If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first with your tracking number also wait up to 5 business days before escalating, as oftentimes the carrier prematurely marks the package as delivered before it ultimately shows up a few days later. Please also check building common areas and with your neighbors.

Preorder and Backorder items

If you have multiple items in your order and at least one of them is on backorder/preorder, then your order will ship once all items are in stock. We are happy to split the shipping for a fee ($10 to $20USD depending on shipping destination/country); please contact us if you would like to proceed with this option.
