Shipping Policy


Order Processing

  • In stock items typically will ship same day when ordered by 1:30pm central time (US) M-F

  • During high-volume periods (product launches, holidays, sales), processing times may be slightly extended.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

  • Shipping rates and delivery estimates are shown at checkout. 


International Shipping

  • Website orders include any applicable duties/taxes as shown during the checkout process.

  • Shipping options for international orders are shown at checkout.

  • We ship worldwide, typically with standard and express options available for each country.


Free Shipping

  • We offer free shipping over various thresholds. To see the threshold for your country, please see the top banner on the website.


Lost, Delayed, or Missing Packages

  • Once an order has been shipped, responsibility for delivery timing lies with the carrier.

  • If tracking shows a package as delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local carrier first with your tracking number also wait up to 5 business days before escalating, as oftentimes the carrier prematurely marks the package as delivered before it ultimately shows up a few days later. Please also check building common areas and with your neighbors.

  • We are happy to assist with next steps where possible.


Preorder and Backorder items

  • If you have multiple items in your order and at least one of them is on backorder/preorder, then your order will ship once all items are in stock. We are happy to split the shipping for a fee ($10 to $20USD depending on shipping destination/country); please contact us if you would like to proceed with this option.
