If you are not completely happy with your purchase, we would be happy to assist in processing a return within 14 days of purchase (all shipping fees are excluded) for a refund.

Customers are responsible for all the fees involved for returning items. Return packages remain the responsibility of the customer until it is received by our team. Therefore, it is recommended that the customer takes necessary precautions by using registered and trackable services when returning the package.

EXCHANGES
Not happy with your color choice? Select the wrong size? New device after your order was placed? We’d be happy to exchange this for you! You are welcome to select our exchange option on the site within 30 days of purchase. Please use this form to start an exchange.
Exchanges can be made from one phone case to any other phone case model, device, or color that is in stock. You would just need to be responsible for sending the item back to us. We recommend using registered and traceable services when returning the package for the smoothest exchange. We will cover and pay for the shipping fees for sending out the new one to you!
EXCLUSIONS
Shipping fees are non-refundable.
We cannot offer a refund on any items that are replacements or warranty claims.
We do not accept returns for refund if the item broken has been damaged due to a drop, fall, any damages caused by accidents or unauthorized modifications, lost or stolen items, etc.
